Recognition and funding

Courses and programmes to enable Oxford Brookes University staff to develop their teaching and gain:

  • a teaching qualification (EXPLORE) 
  • recognition for their practice (EXPLORE Accredited Experiential Scheme, National Teaching Fellowships, NTF, Collaborative Teaching Excellence Awards, CATE) 
  • funding to develop teaching practice through the Brookes Teaching Challenge.

Fellowships awarded by Advance HE are globally recognised and demonstrate professionalism, commitment and a critically evaluative, reflective and evidence informed approach to teaching and/or supporting learning in higher education. We offer the Scheme for awards at all categories of Fellowship.
