All home students who are resident in the UK and studying towards their first degree can apply for a tuition fee loan to cover their course costs.
The loan is for £9,250 (full tuition fees). Loans for part-time study are also available.
Students apply for each year of their course, and the tuition fees are paid directly to your university over the year of study. You will only repay this loan in the year after you’ve completed your studies, and once you are earning more than £25,000.
Eligible part-time students also have access to loans for tuition fees. They won't have to pay upfront as long as it's their first degree.
