About the course

Are you finding it difficult to keep up with fast-paced changes at work? Do you know how to implement your strategy to achieve the desired business results?

This one-day, in-person 'Implementing strategy' course will challenge you to think and act in new ways. It draws on the Oxford Brookes Business School's expertise from our world-class Global MBA programme.

The course involves practical, intellectually stimulating and interactive tutor-led sessions. From case studies to team challenges, guest speakers, and discussions. You will learn how to effectively implement and execute your organisational strategy. You’ll benefit from:

Course dates and cost

This one-day course costs £250 and takes place on 2 June 2025.

Learning

  • Examine why strategic change is a challenge and why results often fall short of expectations
  • Engage with frameworks and concepts which reflect today’s unstable and uncertain environment 
  • Discover what you can personally do to improve the chances of success through the introduction of several tools and techniques that help you examine both your organisation’s situation and your own influence and role

  • Take away an introduction to concepts, tools and techniques to deploy when back at work.
