About the course

‘Unlocking strategic innovation: innovating for competitive advantage’ covers core concepts of innovation. It will help Senior Executives, Entrepreneurs and SME owners understand how innovation can help organisations grow, adapt, be more resilient, and outcompete rivals.

This intensive in-person course involves practical, intellectually stimulating and interactive tutor-led sessions. From case studies to team challenges, guest speakers, and discussions. It will encourage you to learn from renowned theories and frameworks, supported by real-world examples. You’ll think about how these variables can be applied to your own organisational context.

By the end of the course you will have gained valuable strategic knowledge and skills, as well as actionable concepts for your organisation. It’s available as an in-house or open course.

This one-day course costs £250 and will take place on 2 June 2025.
