The Park is a direct-let hall managed by Almero Student and is external from the University. The Accommodation Bureau is unable to assist with any bookings, queries or concerns regarding this accommodation.

The Park benefits from a 24/7 on site team who are available for any help and support required, including an on-site cleaner and maintenance operative

Tenancy and Payments

Students who book The Park will have a contract with Almero Student. You rent will be payable directly to them, not Oxford Brookes. If you leave the university, you may still be financially liable for the costs associated with your tenancy.

You can choose to make in full, termly or monthly - if you choose an instalment option then a UK guarantor will be required.

Location

The Park is in the Cowley area, popular among students with its range of supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, bars and clubs and is on the bus route to the Headington Campus. Alternatively you can walk or cycle from this hall to your lectures. It is also very close to other Cowley-based halls: Crescent Hall, Paul Kent Hall and Parade Green.

The Park benefits from newly refurbished kitchens and communal areas.

All shared kitchens include cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and enough cupboard space for each student. There is also a large dining table and comfy seating area in each kitchen
