Clive Booth Postgraduate Centre is exclusively for Postgraduate and Mature Undergraduate students.

This hall forms part of Clive Booth Student Village complex which also includes separate blocks for undergraduate students. It is a large student residential complex surrounded by landscaped grounds and trees.

This hall is designed for Postgraduate students to have a dedicated area allowing you to focus on your studies.

All halls are self-catered with each flat having its own shared kitchen for you to cook your own meals.

  •    Available to: postgraduate and new mature undergraduate (over 21) students
  •   Beds: 364 study bedrooms in flats of 2 to 6 people

  •   Contract: 38 and 50 week contracts

 News As part of our commitment to providing the best quality accommodation for our students, some landscaping and grounds work will continue at Clive Booth during the 2024/25 academic year. Our contractors follow construction best-practice guidelines and all necessary Health and Safety precautions will be strictly adhered to throughout the project. Please be assured that our work is programmed to cause as little noise and disruption as possible.

Academic year 2024/25

  • En suite single study bedrooms: £192.01 per week
  • Total: £7,268.95 for 38 weeks or £9,573.07 for 50 weeks
  • We have three 1 bedroom flats available for couples: £269.99 per week (50 weeks only).

Some blocks have 38 week contracts and some have 50 week contracts. It is not possible to change the contract length assigned to a room.

38 week contracts for the 2024/25 academic year run from Saturday 14 September 2024 until Friday 6 June 2025.
50 week contracts for the 2024/25 academic year run from Saturday 14 September 2024 until Friday 29 August 2025. 

Academic year 2025/26

  • En suite single study bedrooms: £199.99 per week
  • Total: £7,571.05 for 38 weeks or £9,970.93 for 50 weeks
  • We have three 1 bedroom flats available for couples: £286.02 per week (50 weeks only).

38 week contracts for the 2025/26 academic year run from Saturday 13 September 2025 until Friday 5 June 2026.
50 week contracts for the 2025/26 academic year run from Saturday 13 September 2025 until Friday 28 August 2026.

Location

Clive Booth is in walking distance to the Headington Campus and the Marston Road Site. It is also connected by the BROOKESbus and regular Oxford bus services bus from either Headington Road or Marston Road. Buses connect the hall well to the city centre, Headington and Harcourt Hill campus. It’s also walking distance to the popular Cowley Road area, which is great for socialising! Local supermarkets are within walking distance, or you can hop on the bus to reach the larger stores.
