Clay Pigeon Shooting

Clay pigeon shooting requires great focus, concentration, and very fine motor skills.

The club mainly trains and competes in clay pigeon shooting, using the specialist facilities of E.J. Churchill, High Wycombe, but other disciplines are supported to enter British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS) competitions.

Our Clay Pigeon Shooting Club welcome shooters of all abilities, new and experienced, young or old.

Our club has a rich history of success at the British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS) Championships. Most recently, in the 2022 competition, the Oxford Brookes Men's Team swept the individual competition with a 1st place finish for the 2023 TEAMBrookes Fresher of the Year, Angus Turnbull, a 2nd place finish for Darcy McBride and a 3rd place finish for Jacob O’Loughlin. This impressive placing meant they were also crowned the as the Men's Team National Champions.
