Speak to an adviser online by entering the Zoom waiting room:
- Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 11.00 to 13.00 UK time
- Tuesdays and Thursdays, 13.00 to 15.00 UK time.
Before you enter the Zoom room to speak with an adviser, please ensure the following:
- You are in a quiet space where you can talk privately
- Your audio is working
- Your internet signal is good
- You are not moving around.
Appointments are offered on:
- Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11.00 to 15.00 UK time.
You are able to book the day before the appointment and you will need your student number to book.
We have limited appointment slots, so please make sure you cancel your appointment if you are unable to attend, to allow another student to book it. We reserve the right to cancel future appointments if you do not attend.
