Pay, grading and promotion
All roles at Oxford Brookes are evaluated via job evaluation processes to ensure all colleagues are fairly paid for the work completed and to ensure pay parity with similar roles across the University.
We use the HERA framework, developed specifically for Higher Education, to ensure that grades are applied consistently and fairly.
