Contractor parking must be arranged in advance through the member of staff, faculty or directorate contracting the work and all vehicles must be added to the whitelist before they park on campus.
Vehicle loan permits
Vehicle loan permits allow a vehicle to be added to a short-term whitelist, permitting a maximum of 2 days (48 hours) of parking. This is designed to support short-term parking needs.
The vehicle loan permit whitelist is managed by approved coordinators at faculties and directorates.
University vehicle assets
University-owned vehicles (where the University manages the vehicle purchase, MOT, TAX and Service) will be exempt from permit and daily charge tariffs.
