We consider sustainability, energy use, carbon emissions, waste, the visual amenity of the landscape, biodiversity, trees, water, flood risk and drainage in all of our schemes. We ensure that our in-house sustainability team is a mandatory consultee for all projects and that they are included on all project panels.
All projects are guided by our internal Sustainable Design Criteria’. This ensures that the sustainability agenda has due prominence during design and delivery of all elements of our estate and clear sustainability outcomes. And that associated metrics are defined and delivered.
