The quality plan is used to define the quality techniques and standards to be applied during the project. The quality requirements and acceptance criteria should be set in collaboration with the senior user and other users. It will be this set of defined quality standards that the product of the project must have in order to be accepted as completed and having delivered something that is fit for purpose.
The project manager is responsible for the production of the quality plan in collaboration with senior users.
