- For large quantities of personalised letterhead paper Brookes Print will do the overprinting. Contact stationery@brookes.ac.uk.
- For occasional letters use one of the templates below. Add your personal details in the fields provided and overprint it on to the letterhead paper.
- Letters for attaching to emails are available from faculty or directorate heads of admin.
- Stocks of unpersonalised letterhead paper should be available from your faculty or directorate office.

Letter templates for sending as email attachments are available for all campus addresses. Please contact your faculty or directorate head of administration or marketing officer to obtain the appropriate template.
