We have a long standing partnership with Chengdu University of Technology and offer dual degrees in Business, Accounting and Computing, taught entirely in China.

Global scholarships

We offer a range of scholarships to help make studying at Oxford Brookes more affordable. Students who are starting their degree with us could qualify for one of our International Student Scholarships.

Entry requirements

Undergraduate minimum entry requirements

  • 高中毕业证书 Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate PLUS a recognised foundation course.
  • Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate plus Gaokao (普通高等学校招生全国统一考试 (高考)/National College Entrance Examination/NCEE).
  • One year of university in China achieving at least 75% overall.

Postgraduate minimum entry requirements

  • 学士学位 (Bachelor degree).

Confucius Institute

Oxford Brookes University opened a Confucius Institute on Headington Campus in 2016. The Confucius Institute is a partnership with the Foreign Languages Teaching and Research Press (FLTRP) at Beijing Foreign Studies University.

The Confucius Institute at Oxford Brookes uniquely concentrates on publishing - an area which enjoys an international reputation both at the University and across the city of Oxford. The Confucius Institute runs Chinese language courses and organises events which promote Chinese language and culture. It also aims to encourage socio-cultural exchanges, mutual learning opportunities and building friendships.
