How do I change my contact details?
You can change your contact details on the My Account tab of your portal, scroll down to your profile and click “My Profile”.
Can I change the course I have applied for, or defer my application?
If you want to change the details of the course you have applied for please contact the Admissions Team on admissions@brookes.ac.uk for more information.
I have forgotten my password, how do I reset it?
You can reset your password on the log in page, click the 'Forgotten Password' link and you will be guided through the reset.
I want to apply for a May intake, how do I do this?
If you are applying for the May intake, please select the ‘Summer 2025 (June-August Entry)' option.

Home students
For most undergraduate courses, you will need to apply through UCAS. However, you will need to make a direct application to the University if you are applying for:
- part-time study,
- associate study.
International students
For September entry, applications can either be made directly to the University or through UCAS. For January entry, you will need to make a direct application to the University.
For international foundation courses please apply directly to the University.
For most postgraduate courses you will need to make a direct application to the University. Find out about postgraduate applications.
Deadlines
Most postgraduate courses recruit year-round, but some have application deadlines. Please check the details of the course you are interested in to find which deadline applies to you.
We recommend you submit your application as early as possible. Even if you haven't yet been awarded your first degree or other entry qualification.
You may change your mind about your course or need to change your details. Check what you need to do if this is the case.
