ACCA and Oxford Brookes University have worked together to develop a BSc (Hons) Degree in Applied Accounting, which is available exclusively to ACCA students who wish to obtain a degree while studying towards the ACCA qualification.
Once students have completed the degree, they are invited to a regional graduation ceremony based on where they are located. We currently offer graduation ceremonies in Oxford, Dubai and Malaysia.
The next available opportunities (exact dates to be confirmed) will be
▪ Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – October 2025 (there will be no ceremony in October 2024)
▪ Dubai, UAE – February 2025
If you are eligible to attend a graduation ceremony, you will receive an email inviting you to your allocated ceremony in due course.
Please do not email the UK Graduation Office to enquire about details. The information will be provided in due course by the ACCA Graduation Office: accagraduation@brookes.ac.uk.
Eligibility to attend the Oxford ceremony:
Please be aware that it is difficult for us to add a graduate to the UK ceremony, due to limited places and frequent visa issues.
Places at our UK ceremonies are limited due to the hall capacity and we must keep numbers under strict control so we can allow graduates who currently live in the UK or Europe to attend the ceremony.
We always have a high number of graduates from various countries asking to attend our UK ceremonies but unfortunately the transfer is not possible unless you meet one of the below criteria:
▪ a British passport
▪ a visa for the UK
▪ you have recently studied or worked in the UK
▪ you have recently held a UK visa.
▪ you have relocated to an eligible country (Europe/USA/Canada) and can provide a proof of address.
You can apply for a transfer by emailing the ACCA Graduation Office (accagraduation@brookes.ac.uk). We will require you to send evidence of the criteria before confirming the transfer.
