Sauna and steam opening hours (Harcourt Hill)

  • Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 13:30, 16:00 - 21:30
  • Friday: 07:30 - 21:30
  • Saturday and Sunday: 09:30 - 15:30
  • Bank Holidays: Closed

Off-Peak Opening Times

  • Gym: before 2pm on weekdays and anytime at the weekends 
  • Fitness Classes: before 2pm on weekdays only*
  • Climbing & Bouldering: anytime before 2:50pm on weekdays only

*Please note that this does not include our Learn to Lift fitness class due to the small class format.
