Sinnet Court is a partnership hall managed by A2Dominion.

All of our halls are self-catered with each flat having its own shared kitchen for you to cook and eat your own meals.

Students can apply for partnership halls through the university's normal application process however payments and contracts will ultimately be with the provider rather than the university.

Total: £8,552.00 for 50 weeks

A2Dominion contracts for the 2024/25 academic year run for 50 weeks from Monday 9 September 2024 until Sunday 24 August 2025.

Contract takeovers with A2 Dominion starting at a later date will still end on 24 August 2025.

Academic year 2025/26

En suite single study bedrooms: £177.81 per week
Total: £8,890.50 for 50 weeks

A2Dominion contracts for the 2025/26 academic year run for 50 weeks from Monday 8 September 2025 until Sunday 23 August 2026.

Contract takeovers with A2 Dominion starting at a later date will still end on 23 August 2026.

Payments

There is no deposit or reservation fee required to secure your booking.

Contents insurance is provided with your accommodation for a mandatory one-off cost of £5.00, payable to the A2Dominion Accommodation Office at the time of securing your accommodation booking.

Rent is paid in 4 instalments with the first payment due at the start of the contract.

Alternative payment plans are available on a case by case basis; please contact A2Dominion on student.enquiries@a2dominion.co.uk to discuss this.

If you live in this hall your contract will be with A2Dominion. Your rent will be payable directly to them, not Oxford Brookes. If you leave the university you may still be financially liable for the costs associated with your tenancy.

Students living in University Halls of Residence are eligible for a free* Inclusive Travel Pass through the Oxford Bus Company.

Information on setting up you BROOKESkey account* will be sent out by the University in your welcome email.

Bed linen is not provided. Bedding, bathroom and kitchen packs can be pre-ordered through UniKitOut.

Location

Sinnet Court is located between the Cowley Road and the Headington Campus. Walking distance to Headington Campus means students can also benefit from the BROOKESbus routes to the Harcourt Hill Campus as well as the city centre. The area is very popular among students with its range of supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, bars and clubs.
