All requests for confirmation of employment, position, salary, etc from banks / mortgage brokers / letting agencies or other finance companies should be sent to the People Direcrorate Operations team (pdteam-operations@brookes.ac.uk). The People Directorate will seek permission from the employee before releasing information if consent is not provided with the request.
