I have delivered sessions at national and international levels for over 6 years, hence awarded the Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). My assessments of teaching quality have always been of a high standard. My teaching style is interactive and immersive. I set students live examples and use industry-relevant examples to work through in class. I strive to update teaching content, improve e-learning delivery, and adopt new innovations for teaching.

Research impact
As a quantitative researcher, my studies focuse on online consumer behaviour, including identifying and measuring consumers' perceptions durign online shopping. I actively seek to enhance knowledge transfer element of research. So far, I have shared my findings at several national and international conferences.
