Associate Director - Enterprise
Philip's role provides strategic direction for enterprise and entrepreneurship activity at the university. Leading the Enterprise Team, their combined activities include enterprise in the curriculum, enabling student and graduate start-up, and the development of the Oxford Brookes Enterprise Centre.
Business Start-Up Manager
Howard is the Business Start-Up manager. Based in the Enterprise Centre, Howard and team of Start-Up advisors give all students and graduates support with any and all of their business ideas from pre-concept all the way through to fully operational status. Business Start-Up Advisor
Unai is a startup support specialist who excels in helping entrepreneurs identify market needs by understanding customer pain points. With a keen focus on networking, he inspires students and elevates their businesses to new heights.
Business Start-Up Advisor
Mim brings extensive expertise in business management and entrepreneurship. With a successful track record, including launching his own modern Malaysian food start-up (Popiah), he supports clients across diverse industries and specialises in mentoring international students. Dedicated to nurturing emerging entrepreneurs, he promotes innovation within the university's start-up ecosystem.
Enterprise Education Fellow
Samia supports Oxford Brookes academics in embedding enterprise and entrepreneurship education practices into the curriculum by advising them how to make the appropriate adaptations for different their disciplines. Her work includes the overseeing the Enterprise Champion Award, curating our annual Evolve Conference, the delivery of Bridge (our course for increasing entrepreneurial development among the research community) and oversees our pre-incubator ICEQube.
Enterprise Support Assistant
Afroditi ensures the smooth and coordinated delivery of Brookes Enterprise Support programmes and leads on our evaluation of our Business Engagement work. She also provides support across the team by utilising her broad professional skill set to deliver our wide range of initiatives and interventions.
Enterprise Centre & BioInnovation Hub Manager
Sarah manages the Oxford Brookes Enterprise Centre and Bioinnovation Hub, which provide lab and office space for start-up early stage life science and digital tech companies. With her combination of research and lab management experience, and strong connections within the University and local innovation ecosystem, she is perfectly positioned to ensure companies are well-supported so they can focus on growth.
Enterprise Centre Assistant
Nav manages and plans the Centre’s marketing and operations, creating and sharing content such as infographics for its website and social media channels. He also generates invoices and processing payments for the Centre’s services, and oversees all administrative day to day tasks.
