Freeze your Direct Debit membership over the summer
As the summer break approaches, we wanted to remind you that you can freeze your Brookes Sport, student membership, instead of cancelling it.
Freezing your membership means it will keep your membership active for when you return to university, without having to reapply.
You may freeze your Direct Debit membership up to two times a year, for one to four months, by emailing sportsmembership@brookes.ac.uk. You can also email the membership team if you have any questions or concerns about your membership.
You will need to send your Member ID and specify the dates you wish to freeze your account. These dates must be in monthly periods and 15 days advance notice must be provided.
If you want to freeze your membership from June, please email us by Friday 17 May.
Please note that Annual memberships cannot be frozen.
