Other bookable spaces

We have a variety of other spaces available for booking at both Headington and Harcourt Hill. These are spaces that can be used for a variety of purposes, not just sport-related.

Free WiFi is available throughout our facilities.

Seminar Room

Our seminar room, conveniently located next to the Sports Bar, is ideal for structured team meetings, private work sessions or interviews. 

The room is equipped with a whiteboard, AV system, tables and chairs and comfortably seats up to 12 people.  

Please note that due to its proximity to the Sports Bar, the seminar room is unavailable for booking on Wednesdays or after 4pm on weekdays during term time. It is also not bookable during events or busy sports fixtures. 

Price: £20 per hour

Studio and training room

Our Harcourt Hill studio and training rooms are other versatile spaces that can accommodate a wide range of sporting activities. The spaces can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people for an exercise session.

The training room is also well-suited for workshops, training days, or presentations with the option to set up tables, chairs and an audio-visual system (AV), to suit the specific requirements of your booking.
