Other bookable spaces

We have a variety of other spaces available for booking at both Headington and Harcourt Hill. These are spaces that can be used for a variety of purposes, not just sport-related.

Free WiFi is available throughout our facilities.

Brookes Sport, Headington

Seminar Room

Our seminar room is located just off of the Brookes Sport, Sports Bar and is the perfect space for a structured team meeting, private work meetings or conducting interviews. 

The room is equipped with a whiteboard, AV system, tables and chairs and can comfortably seat up to 12 people.  

As the seminar room is located just off the Sports Bar, booking the room is not possible on Wednesdays or after 4pm on weekdays (during term time). It is also not bookable during any event or busy sports fixture. Find out more about the Brookes Sport, Sports Bar.

Studio and training room

Our Harcourt Hill studio and training rooms are other versatile spaces that can accommodate a wide range of sporting activities. The spaces can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people for an exercise session.

The training room is also well-suited for workshops, training days, or presentations with the option to set up tables, chairs and an audio-visual system (AV), to suit the specific requirements of your booking.
