Role description: The Student Central Advice Team is looking to hire a group of current Brookes students for the upcoming September enrolment period. This is an exciting opportunity to support new and continuing students while developing your administrative and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include:
utilising systems to answer enrolment queries and troubleshoot any issues
advising students on navigating any technical problems
following data protection guidelines when handling confidential information and records
answering phone queries
escalating issues to other members of staff and teams as necessary
signposting students to the appropriate teams, such as the International Student Advice Team, the Student Induction Team and more
supporting fellow team members and the wider Student Central team.

Role description: As a Student Staff Team member, you’ll help welcome and support new students starting at Oxford Brookes in September 2023.

Role description: ISAT is looking for students to work as International Student Helpers to assist in welcoming new international students to campus during the arrivals period of 12 to 22 September 2023.
