Want to get the most for your money while you’re at uni? In the first of a series of articles, we’ve pulled together five discounts that you can take advantage of as a student.

Get your TOTUM card

First up, sign up for a TOTUM card with your student email address. It’s quick and easy to register. Getting a card allows you to unlock discounts at many different retailers and services.

Unlock exclusive travel offers

As a student you can access all sorts of travel offers including discounted bus fares in Oxford, a range of bike services and discounts, save one-third on rail fares with a 16-25 Railcard (also available to mature students in full-time study) and lots more.

Pay less for your weekly food shop

The Co-op offers 10% off your shop when you use your TOTUM card at checkout. Take advantage of its budget recipes and inspiration webpages and make you money work even harder by signing up for more rewards as a member.

Key an eye out for student discounts and offers

Check the student discounts page on the Save the Student website and the Which? best student discounts guide before you buy anything. Unidays and Student Beans also have apps featuring offers, discounts and advice.

Take advantage of tech offers

Make sure you have registered your free Brookes Zoom Pro account for personal use as well as your studies. There’s no call time limit and you can hold meetings for up to 300 people. Protect your personal devices using free Sophos anti-virus software and use AppsAnywhere to access University software on or off campus.

We’ll be sharing more tips throughout the year so keep checking our Student News emails and webpages.
