Introducing Mindfulness Workshop

A free 3-week course, open to all Oxford Brookes students, offering a practical introduction to mindfulness. We will explore key practices and themes to equip you with the tools to reduce stress, improve focus and develop a more mindful and balanced approach to living. The course will run over February, March and April.
