Our new People and Culture Strategy was approved by the Vice-Chancellor’s Group in February 2023. One of our key ambitions within this is to provide an employee experience that makes our people feel valued and supported, this includes feeling part of an inclusive community and experiencing fulfilment and wellbeing and personal growth and development.
