Thinking about Impact Evidence Collection in your Research

This follow up workshop to “Embedding Impact” will look at different types of impacts from research with a focus on a variety of indicators to demonstrate and evidence reach and significance.

Who this event is for 

  • Research staff.

We recognise that most of our research and research-related activities have impact of some sort, and that there may be different pathways and timescales involved in achieving positive societal, cultural, economic, technological and/or environmental impacts across disciplines.

This workshop will look at different types of impacts from research with a focus on a variety of indicators to demonstrate reach and significance. You will also learn about the Converis Impact Claims Tool, which enables our research community to capture and record all the various ways in which their research makes positive impacts on individuals, communities and wider society.
