Support for family and friends of NHS staff during Covid-19
- The Help Hub
Set up to support members of the public who may struggle with anxiety or need someone to talk to during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Help Hub offers a network of therapists aimed at providing a free service. Shout 85258
A confidential and free general help service for anyone who's struggling to cope in the general public, and can be accessed by texting 85258. Support is provided by trained volunteers who are supervised by clinical supervisors.
