Role

In my role, I take on seminar and module leadership responsibilities for both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Beyond this, I am academic advisor, placement tutor, and supervisor for undergraduate an postgraduate students. 
As a Subject Co-ordinator I collaborate closely with the Programme Lead, students, and the executive team to enhance the student learning experience within the programmes.

I teach both undergraduate and postgraduate modules covering topics in Accounting, Finance, Corporate Governance, and Research Methods, for which I hold seminar and module leadership responsibilities.

Supervision

Currently, I am supervising one PhD student in the area of Corporate Governance. I am eager to collaborate with students who are passionate about corporate governance research, particularly those leaning toward qualitative or mixed research methodologies.

Research

My research focuses on Corporate Governance, more specifically on institutional investors' engagement in their investee corporate. This is an area that I specialized in during my PhD studies. Currently, I am working on a research project which explores the effectiveness of the Stewardship Code for asset managers in the UK.
