I lead a number of undergraduate modules including 'The Entrepreneur' and 'Leading with Purpose' alongside undergraduate and postgraduate dissertation supervision. My research is focused on studying social innovation, third sector organisations including charities and social enterprises, and resource and policy context of such organisations.

My research includes studying social innovation by especially small and local third sector organisations, studying funding behaviour of resource providers for social innovation in the form of grant and social investment, studying social investment, social innovation, and social enterprise policy in the UK, social innovation for SDGs.
