Role
I teach on postgraduate and undergraduate HRM and Business & Management programmes with an extensive portfolio focusing on key HR, Strategic, Management and Organisational Behaviour modules. I am also a module leader for the PG Dip, MA and MSc HRM programme and supervise postgraduate HRM dissertations and research projects.
Additionally, I am the Subject Expert working with a key Collaborative Partner providing quality assurance and academic oversight. I also coach and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students as their Academic Advisor.

Supervision
I supervise postgraduate dissertations, especially qualitative, interpretivist studies with a core focus on HRM.
I can also supervise mixed methods projects.
Research
As a qualitative researcher with broad interests in the field of HRM and International HRM my doctoral research focuses specifically upon international assignees. This phenomenological study explores the lived experiences of UK academic faculty involved in international collaborations. The research analyses international assignees’ roles, their sensemaking and identity within the context of Transnational Educational programmes (TNE).
Additional research interests explore the 'future of work' with a key emphasis on workforce/skills development and Talent Management. This also includes the digitalisation of work and the impact upon people and careers.
