Research

My research focuses on three main topics: learning, innovation, and Social Network Analysis (SNA). I am passionate about using diverse research methods to address organizational phenomena. I particularly enjoy SNA (ERGM, Siena Models, Two mode) and its applications to organizations. Within organizations, I am looking at different processes that happen in teams and individuals. Across organizations, I am looking at the factors that enable innovation, contribute to innovation ecosystems and economic development.
