I previously worked for 5 years in the NHS for the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS FT. I spent 3 years based at Ipswich Hospital working on the Norfolk Diabetes prevention study as a Diabetes Prevention Facilitator. My role included recruiting, consenting, clinical appointments and delivering education sessions on lifestyle change. I then spent 2 years working in research and development based in Norwich as a Study recruitment and research facilitator. My role was to work on non commercial studies facilitating the costing, contract setup, support departments and sponsors of each study.
