Research

My interests are primarily in social anxiety in the workplace; that nature of the self; boundaries between psychotherapy and coaching and the application of psychotherapy in coaching; neuroscience, neurodiversity and the relevance of understanding coaching from a social constructionist perspective. I am also interested in coach education and development.

Research impact

My main interest is in encouraging a critical perspective on organisational life with a view to social change. My work is primarily as an educationalist to achieve this end.
