Oxford Brookes Business School awarded maximum five-year EFMD Accreditation
Oxford Brookes Business School has been awarded the maximum five-year reaccreditation for both the BA Business & Management and The Oxford Brookes Global MBA programmes.
EFMD programme accreditation is a thorough European programme accreditation system for business and/or management degrees and courses, including face-to-face, blended and online programmes. It constitutes a benchmark for what is considered an internationally recognised and peer-reviewed programme.
The accreditation covers all facets of programme provision: from its institutional, national and international environment, through its design, delivery, outcomes and impacts, to its quality assurance processes and emphasises academic rigour, practical relevance, internationalisation, and ethics and sustainability.
Pro-Vice Chancellor and Dean of Oxford Brookes Business School, Professor Tim Vorley said:
“EFMD accreditation is important for student recruitment and recognises the quality of our programmes in what is an increasingly competitive market. Maintaining these accreditations is a real achievement and I am delighted that the quality of these programmes and the efforts of colleagues has been recognised”
