Congratulations to BSc Applied Accounting graduates
Oxford Brookes Business School is delighted to announce that 679 students who passed their Research and Analysis project have been awarded a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting.
The pass rate for the RAP increased to 68% (up from 66%) and over 50% of students received a first or 2:1.
The BSc Applied Accounting is the result of a unique collaboration between The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Oxford Brookes University providing students with an opportunity to earn a degree whilst studying for their professional qualification.
Professor Tim Vorley, Pro-Vice Chancellor and Dean of Oxford Brookes Business School, said
“Our innovative collaboration with the ACCA is designed to bring together academic and professional learning to enhance to further the career prospects of our graduates. I am delighted for the May 2021 students graduating from our BSc Applied Accounting programme.
The achievements of this cohort are particularly impressive since they have completed their studies in the midst of the Covid pandemic. As graduates of the BSc Applied Accounting programme, they join a truly international alumni community - our worldwide ambassadors for Oxford Brookes Business School”.
