Oxford Brookes University has been a pioneer in promoting Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) since the 1990s.
Since then, Brookes’ policies and practices have been based on EDI and it is continuously working within the framework of the Race Equality Charter.
Furthermore, now that we see some normality being gradually restored, Oxford Brookes University is piloting new ways of working through a flexible scheme called Agile Working.
Simonetta Manfredi, Professor of Equality and Diversity Management and Associate Dean for Research and Knowledge Exchange in the Business School, acted as a critical friend and provided feedback to the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce – Diversity and Inclusion Charter.
