Welcome to Brookes Sport - Sports Fair

On Wednesday 20th September, Brookes Sport welcomes in a new intake of Oxford Brookes students, as well as those returning, with our annual Sports Fair at Brookes Sport, Headington.

The Sports Fair is the perfect opportunity to meet all of our TEAMBrookes Sports Clubs and get to know everything you need to know about Brookes Sport and Brookes Active.

All of our TEAMBrookes Sports Clubs will have stands and you can come meet the student committees and find out how you can get involved. We recommend signing up to all the clubs that interest you, attend tasters/trials and then decide where you feel most at home.

The event kicks off at 10:00 and runs through until 16:00. For those who prefer a quieter environment, 09:30 - 10:00 is assigned as an ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) quiet period.

Wednesday 20th September is also the launch day for our new Brookes Active initiative, Wellness Wednesdays, which allows for all Oxford Brookes Students and Staff to use the Brookes Sport Gyms for free on Wednesdays.

The Sports Fair takes place at Brookes Sport, Headington, which is just a short walk past Cheney Fields if you’re coming from the the main Oxford Brookes Campus (JHB), or across the road from Headington Hill Hall.
