Varsity 2023 - Meet Your Captains

This Saturday (25th March) sees Varsity finally return to Oxford, in its 10th year.

Each year, we select a pair of students to represent TEAMBrookes and this year, the Brookes Bulldogs, as our Varsity captains. These students exemplify the sporting spirit at Oxford Brookes University and will be looking to lead by example on the big day.

This year, we are delighted to present to you our captains, representing Netball and Men’s Rugby Union, Fran Milne and Willo Bicknell.

“It has been a privilege to be appointed Varsity Captain alongside Fran this year. This is a day in the calendar that everyone involved with a sports team, looks forward to. Across the board, Brookes has seen success in all their sports teams so, I hope we can carry that success in to Varsity. I have every confidence we will go out there and do a job.
