The quality and impact of our research has been reflected in the UK government’s latest Research Excellence Framework, where the majority of our assessed research was judged to be world leading or internationally excellent. We are now building on this success and looking to the future with our modern laboratories with state-of-the-art equipment and the Oxford Brookes Centres for Bioimaging and Functional Genomics to ensure our research groups continue to conduct high impact, world-leading research. We are also committed to provide a research environment and mentorship that allows early career researchers with the opportunity to build their independent research in our School including through our Research Fellowship programme.
