From addiction to national health crises, rampant consumerism to the commodification of our bodies, the marketing industry has a lot to answer for. But it doesn't need to be like this. From giving survivors of post-traumatic stress a voice to saving the lives of young people most at risk. In this talk, you'll learn how you're manipulated into doing what doesn't work for you and how we could use the same tools to exponentially grow organisations ethically.

Johnny Pawlik is the founder and CEO of Mantra Media. Johnny will share his experience running an ethical marketing agency and how consumers in the modern world and the companies they purchase from, should be using critical thinking in their approach to buying products and building supply chains that put human rights and sustainability first.

Johnny will also speak about his own personal journey from studying an Oxford Brookes Humanities and Social Sciences undergraduate degree and utilising his knowledge and skills to lead a global marketing agency.
