Nina is the founder of Black Women in Menopause, an online community for Black people to connect with each other, have a safe space to share their experiences about menopause support each other, and learn from Black professionals.
Nina’s aim is to diversify menopause across society, so that those in decision-making roles recognise, acknowledge, and champion wider inclusion.
She has spoken at the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for Menopause and Women at Work. Nina has also contributed to the APPG Women’s Health review Menopause at Work.
