Oxford Brookes Business School invites you to register your interest for this Certificate delivered by our International Centre for Coaching & Mentoring Studies (ICCaMS), starting in annually in January.
This highly-engaging and interactive online programme provides opportunities for delegates to practice their coaching and mentoring skills.
Our ILM Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring is also accredited with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC Global) which means that at completion you can apply for European Individual Accreditation (EIA).
We are now accepting registration of interest for January 2025.
Study period
The course is delivered as a series of 10 online interactive webinars plus online study and library resources. This equates to 5 full days of training, individual and group supervision sessions.
The suggested study period is around 8 months, (including assessment of all three modules), This is dependent on the participant’s accessibility to coaching and mentoring clients to complete the required hours for the practical assessment.
For the ILM 5 you will require 3 clients and 20 hours of coaching.
Who is it for?
The Level 5 Certificate is designed for Operational or Departmental Leaders and Managers who manage teams and/or projects and are responsible for achieving operational or departmental goals and objectives as part of their organisation’s strategy.
Cost
The cost of our next programme starting in January is £2,799. Included in the price is supervision, marking, enrolment with ILM and individual tutorials.
